All programs are powered by Kinema Fitness and include personal training, mindfulness, group fitness, and a virtual wellness platform. ​​​

ABOUT FITNESS CENTER

Tower 1201  has partnered with Kinema Fitness to operate the on-site fitness center and to provide an array of creative wellness programs. The fitness center offers a full-service locker room, group fitness, personal training, holistic wellness programs, state-of-the-art fitness equipment, and more.

 

We look forward to beginning this journey with you.  Our team is here to inspire, motivate and coach. We encourage you to come and introduce yourself.  We can't wait to meet you!!

Wellness & Recovary Rooms

Change to Holistic Wellbeing - Unwind and relax in our wellness lounge with our state-of-the-art Cryolounger or Normatec Recovery boots. We also offer meditation and various other holistic services to address mindfulness and stress management. 

Locker &
Towel Service

Vive Flex offers state-of-the-art amenities, including full-service locker rooms with day locker use, and complimentary towel service.

Group Fitness 

We  provide dynamic group fitness classes taught by elite fitness instructors! All classes are included. Classes are a mix of high intensity and low intensity, including Yoga, Circuit training and Bootcamp.

If you are looking for individualized training, Vive Flex is here for you. Our highly qualified and certified trainers have skill sets in various areas, including weight loss, strength, balance, flexibility, and injury rehab. Personal training services are available at an additional cost.

Fitness Assessment

The best way to start a new training routine is to learn your baseline statistics. Included in your membership is one free fitness consultation.  Information such as goal setting, movement analysis, body fat, and resting heart rate will be covered.
